Xbox 360 - New Bundles for Christmas

Microsoft have announced two new bundles heading into the festive season. Aussie shoppers will have the choice of the Xbox 360 Pro Bundle ($579.95) and the Xbox 360 Arcade Console ($399.95) although news.com.au is reporting a 379.95 retail price.

From 1 November and for a limited time only, the Xbox 360 Pro Bundle consists of

• a Xbox 360 console,
• media remote,
• 20GB hard drive,
• wireless controller and
• two free games (Forza Motorsport 2 and Viva Piñata),
• Component HD AV cable,
• an Ethernet Connectivity Cable and
• a 30-day trial Xbox LIVE Gold membership.

From 15 November, the Xbox 360 Arcade Console includes

• five family fun arcade games including Pac-Man Championship Edition, UNO, Luxor, Boom Boom Rocket and Feeding Frenzy,
• a wireless controller and
• 256MB memory card.
