New 360 CPUs Announced For 2007
New Xbox 360's will feature a cooler and less noisy CPU to counter the overheating problems experienced with first generation consoles.
Flanker15 on the IGN forums highlighted this interesting piece of info:
Chartered Website The new 65 nanometre technology will replace the existing 90nm and hopefully fix the overheating and freezing problems encountered by those who rushed out to get the first release 360s.
We'll have to see what happens next year once the new units start to hit our shores.
