24 Karat 360 Faceplate

In the wake of dozens of outrageous swathes of Xbox 360-related eBay auctions, eBay user 'infruor' has
started an auction for a 24 karat 360 faceplate made of solid gold. The faceplate apparently belongs to a wealthy but reclusive friend.
The bidding is set to start at $36,000USD. The faceplate weighs 900g and is fully functional as per any normal 360 faceplate.
As quoted from the seller: "By far the coolest part of this item is that it is functional... well maybe it's the second coolest part. Obviously the fact that it is 900 grams of solid gold is the coolest part."
